Belgrade surrenders weapons grade nuclear fuel

Serbian police, fearing a terrorist attack, sealed off nearly half of Belgrade on Thursday as a shipment of 1,797 pounds of highly enriched fuel was trucked to the airport from the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences, just outside Belgrade.
