Breathing problems reported at Miami airport

Up to eight people are reported to be experiencing breathing problems at Miami international airport.

One of the eight concourses at the airport - Concourse B - has been closed.

There are no reports yet on what is causing the breathing difficulties, but there are some reports that the number of people affected may go up to 36.

Noxious fumes were released after a bag was opened in Concourse B, according to reports.

The eight people affected by the incident are being treated for respiratory difficulties.

Concourse B is used by Virgin Atlantic. The airline advised passengers to call their local operator to advise of any likely delays.
