Hunt for missing Russian teenager

Concerns are growing for a 15-year-old Russian schoolgirl who has gone missing in London, police said today.

Maria Molotnikovo was last seen at around 3pm on Monday in the Marble Arch area.

She is visiting Britain with a group of Russian schoolgirls, Scotland Yard said.

Police said the teenager is at least 5ft 9in tall, white, slim with long blonde hair and she wears oval frame-free glasses.

She was wearing a cream denim jacket with a cream T-shirt, white three-quarter length trousers and blue denim sandals and was carrying a blue, denim shoulder bag.

Maria cannot speak English fluently and has never visited Britain before.
