Gunmen kill six in school rampage

Masked gunmen firing Kalashnikov rifles stormed a Christian school in a Pakistani mountain resort today, killing at least six people and wounding two others before escaping.

Officials said they believed the attack was the latest in a series of violent incidents directed against Western interests in Pakistan because of the government’s support for the war against terrorism.
