Amtrak train derails near Washington

An Amtrak passenger train derailed near Washington tonight, and there were reports of injuries.

Six rail cars with passengers fell on their side, Montgomery County fire spokesman Oscar Garcia said.

There were reports of walking wounded, Garcia said.
