Iraq opposition announces plans for 'government'

Exiled members of the Iraqi opposition were today announcing plans for a provisional government to be established inside the borders of the Middle Eastern state.

Iraqi opposition leaders held a conference in London this month to thrash out a way forward for the country against the backdrop of growing speculation that US President George Bush is planning military action to force through "regime change".
