Moussaoui plans to plead guilty to 'some' charges

A judge has ruled that Zacaraias Moussaoui, the man dubbed the twentieth hijacker, is competent to plead guilty to terrorism charges.

The only man charged as a conspirator in the September 11 attacks on the US says he intends to plead guilty to some of the counts against him.
