Milosevic at serious risk of heart attack

Slobodan Milosevic is at serious risk of suffering a heart attack, his war crimes trial has heard.

The judges at the UN war crimes court in The Hague recommended that the former Yugoslav president, who has been leading his own defence, appoint legal counsel to reduce his workload.
