Student charged over body parts find

A student has been charged with the murder of a German trainee rabbi whose dismembered remains were found on a pavement wrapped in black plastic.

Thomas Hamilton McDowell, 24, of Caulfied Court, Baynes St, Camden, north London, was accused of killing Andreas Hinz between July 3 and July 10.
