Black activists have slammed police conduct in Los Angeles after an officer was captured on videotape pinning a teenager to a car bonnet and punching him in the face.

Calls have been made for Jeremy Morse to be sacked after he was caught on camera by a tourist attacking 16-year-old Donovan Chavez.
