Rescue workers started seeking counselling today to cope with the horrors of recovering body parts from the midair collision over southern Germany that killed 71 people.

A crisis intervention team of 30 counsellors was working from the fire station in Owingen, a village north of the lakeside resort of Ueberlingen where much of the debris fell after Monday night’s crash.
