Body spends two days in swimming pool

The body of 14-year-old boy lay at the bottom of a garden swimming pool for two days undetected by police and children swimming, it emerged today.

Elbert Hines was found on Sunday night in Long Island, New York state, after apparently being in the water since Friday evening following a birthday party thrown by his basketball coach.
