Bus bomb toll rises to 14

A suicide bomber blew himself up on a crowded bus in Jerusalem early today, killing at least 14 people and injuring more than 40, police said.

The blast tore through the bus, ripping off its roof and sides. Witnesses said many of the passengers were school students.
