Several injured in roadside bomb attack
Several people were injured by a bomb that exploded next to an Israeli bus carrying students through the West Bank today.
The blast occurred south of Hebron, near the Jewish settlement of Kiryat Arba, police said.
At least three people were hurt, one of them seriously, rescue workers said.
‘‘It appears that teenagers were wounded,’’ said police spokeswoman Galit Vinograd.
Palestinian militants have carried out dozens of bombings that have targeted Israeli civilians during the more than 20 months of Mideast fighting.
