Charity gives supplies to famine-hit millions

Oxfam is distributing emergency supplies of seeds and tools in Malawi to help millions of people facing a looming famine.

Around 12.8 million people are on the brink of starvation in southern Africa because of a drought, the World Food Programme has warned.
