Paris raiders escape with €7m in jewels

It has emerged raiders have got away with gems worth €7m in a daring raid on an exclusive jewellers in Paris.

The smartly dressed pair were both carrying bouquets of flowers, raising no suspicion because it was Mothers' Day that weekend.

They whipped out a tear gas spray and hammer hidden in the blooms, smashing display cases before escaping.
