Thai police arrest Englishman in 'football hooligan' probe

Thai police have arrested and fined an English tourist after raiding a bar following an attack on a Japanese TV crew blamed on 'football hooligans'.

The crew were attacked by a gang of Westerners with a pepper spray as they filmed in Pattaya.
