Four Pakistanis killed by Indian firing

Four Pakistani civilians have been killed by Indian fire in Kashmir as the two sides slide closer to war over the disputed region.

Pakistan has been testing missiles as the conflict escalates - some of which are capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
