Immigration set to top EU summit

The immigration issue is set to top next month’s EU summit in Seville, hosted by the holders of the rotating EU presidency, Spain.

Today, the European Commission backed British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s call for an "orderly and controlled" immigration policy.
