British-Israeli family file €22m lawsuit against EU

A British-Israeli family has filed a €22m lawsuit against the European Union for allegedly funding Palestinian militants who carried out an attack against them in August.

The lawsuit claims that the EU’s grants to the Palestinian Authority indirectly helped the Palestinian gunmen who killed Techiya Blumberg in a drive-by shooting in the West Bank.
