Pakistani high commissioner expelled from India

Pakistan's ambassador to India has been told to leave the country.

The decision follows the killing of thirty people in an attack by Kashmiri separatists earlier this week.

Following a meeting of the top-level Cabinet committee on Security, Foreign Minister Jaswant Singh said the government had agreed that "the Pakistani high commissioner be required to return to Pakistan".
