Bush denies he was warned of September 11

US President George Bush said he had no advance warning that terrorists planned to attack US buildings with hijacked jets before September 11.

He also criticised the "second guessing" of Washington politicians after this week's revelation that he had received intelligence reports on August 6 warning that al Qaida was plotting to hijack American domestic planes.
