Death toll in Russian explosion rises

At least 20 people have been killed and another 100 injured in an explosion in the southern Russian town of Kaspiisk.

Police said the blast happened in the town’s main square as the public were celebrating the 57th anniversary of the Allied victory over the Nazis in the Second World War.
