Three killed as Israeli soldiers invade Nablus

Israeli soldiers have killed a Palestinian policeman and a civilian during a raid on the West Bank city of Nablus this morning, according to witnesses.

One Israeli soldier was also killed during the invasion and two others were injured. The Israeli army said the incursion was an attempt to eliminate "terrorist infrastructure" in the city. The target of the raid was a building which Israel said contained two bomb-making factories.
