Philippines police said they thwarted a possible terrorist attack in a pre-dawn raid today that killed two suspected Muslim militants and left three others in custody.

Philippines police said they thwarted a possible terrorist attack in a pre-dawn raid today that killed two suspected Muslim militants and left three others in custody.

Two bombs were found in a house in Darong village, about 900 miles southeast of Manila. Also found was a map of Davao city, about 12 miles away.
