Banks threat 'was specific'

A caller who warned that a bomb had been placed in a downtown Washington DC bank, said it was timed to go off around now, or at midday local time.

The FBI has said that this may not be a "credible" threat, but because of its specific nature, they had decided to take the precaution of evacuating all banks.
