Powell reconsiders Arafat talks

Tonight, Colin Powell was reconsidering his plan to hold talks with Yasser Arafat who is a virtual prisoner in his HQ in the West Bank town of Ramallah.

The meeting was due to take place tomorrow despite Israeli objections.
