Palestinian gunmen surrender in Jenin refugee camp

Around 36 Palestinian gunmen, the last fighters holding out against Israeli soldiers in the Jenin refugee camp, surrendered today after more than a week of intense fighting.

The group included two local militia leaders and a 13-year-old boy, according to a spokesman for Yasser Arafat’s Fatah movement.
