Police cleared of wrongdoing in Paris suicide killer case

Police have been cleared of blame in the death of a man who died in custody after killing eight council members in a Paris suburb.

Richard Durn, 33, threw himself from a fifth-floor window while being questioned by two officers at Paris police headquarters on March 28.
