Public pays respects to Queen Mother

Members of the public today queued to pay their respects to the Queen Mother as she lies in state at Westminster Hall.

Many visitors began gathering on Lambeth Bridge from 9.30am onwards for the opportunity to mourn her passing when the hall opened at 2pm.
