Don't condemn suicide bombers, says Palestinian minister

Palestinian suicide bombers should not be condemned as terrorists, the Palestinian representative at an international conference of Muslim leaders said today.

Delegates at the three-day conference in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, were trying to hammer out a definition of terrorism that could be used for United Nations discussions on the issue.
