Israeli cabinet to discuss Arafat travel ban

Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was to meet key Cabinet ministers today to decide whether to allow Yasser Arafat to attend this week’s crucial Arab summit in Beirut.

But as another round of Mideast truce talks ended without result, the Palestinian leader’s trip appeared increasingly in doubt.
