Cherie Blair 'targeted by toxic package'

British Prime Minister Tony Blair's wife Cherie was the target of a toxic package sent to 10 Downing Street by "tartan terrorists", according to reports.

Police are hunting the extremist Scottish nationalists who posted the aromatherapy oils containing caustic soda.
