Shopper kills Palestinian bomber after supermarket attack
A Palestinian set off a bomb in a supermarket in a Jewish West Bank settlement, wounding an Israeli woman.
A shopper has shot the attacker dead.
The man set off a small bomb in the shop, which was crowded with customers. He said one pulled a gun and shot the attacker twice, killing him.
The shop floor is littered with nails from the bomb
The Israeli rescue service said one woman was slightly injured. Explosives experts are examining the body of the attacker, checking for more explosives.
There was no guard at the entrance to the market. "On Friday morning the market is very crowded. This is a miracle," he said.
Last Saturday a suicide bomber blew himself up at a shopping centre in the Jewish settlement of Karnei Shomron, killing two teenagers.
