Fire on crowded train kills at least 100

At least 100 people have died in a fire on a passenger train crowded with Egyptians leaving Cairo for a holiday.

The death toll has risen as rescuers search charred train carriages after the fire, sparked by a burst gas cylinder used for cooking in the train cafe.
