Milosevic accuses NATO of inciting ethnic hatred

Slobodan Milosevic is accusing the west of deliberately inciting ethnic hatred to break up Yugoslavia.

He made the accusation on the third day of his opening statement at his trial at the War crimes tribunal in The Hague.
