Township massacre in South Africa

At least 10 people have been shot dead by a man who went on the rampage in a township in the South African city of East London this morning.

The gunman then took his own life. Emergency services are still at the scene but it is understood that seven other people have been injured during the rampage in the township of Mdantsane.
