10 people injured in Swiss train wreck
Ten people were injured when an empty regional train ran into an Intercity express preparing to leave St Gallen's train station in eastern Switzerland, Swiss Federal Railways said.
The passengers who were hurt on the Intercity train complained mainly of back and neck injuries, a statement said.
Police said they were treated in nearby hospitals.
The railway said it is investigating why the driver of the regional train, which was traveling at 12-18 miles per hour, had failed to stop in time.
