Taliban foreign minister in US custody

It has emerged the Taliban foreign minister has turned himself in to US forces in Afghanistan.

Mullah Abdul Wakil Mutta-wakil is being questioned at the military base at Kandahar airport.

He is the highest-ranking official of the country’s former ruling militia to turn himself in.
