Israeli soldiers have invaded several Palestinian-controlled towns and villages today to arrest militants suspected of involvement in attacks on Israel.

Before dawn, the soldiers entered the village of Tamoun, six miles from the Jewish settlement of Hamra, where a Hamas militant killed a woman, her daughter and an Israeli soldier on Wednesday.
