Explosives 'belonging to ETA' found in French apartment

A large cache of explosives allegedly belonging to the Spanish separatist group ETA has been found near the French border with Spain.

At least 600 kilograms of stolen dynamite was discovered in a suburb of the southern city of Pau, French authorities say.
