Bosnia: Drunken peacekeepers ordered out

Four British soldiers serving as peacekeepers in Bosnia were sent home today after taking part in a drunken brawl that injured one man during a New Year’s Eve celebration.

After drinking in a bar in Gradiska, a town on Bosnia’s northern border with Croatia, one of the soldiers hit another patron and then held the local man’s friends away at gunpoint, local police said.
