Security tightened in New Delhi after foiled bomb attack

India has tightened security in its capital, New Delhi, after an Islamic militant allegedly planning an attack on New Year’s Eve was arrested in the city yesterday.

Police said Mohammed Yunus was caught with 11lbs of explosives in a crowded bus station.
