One UK foot-and-mouth area in doubt

Three of the four remaining parts of the UK hit by foot-and-mouth will be declared free of the disease from midnight.

North Yorkshire, Cumbria and county Durham are all due to have their "at risk" status lifted after blood tests were carried out satisfactorily.
