Kostunica says he rejected Milosevic general's resignation

The Yugoslav president says he has rejected the resignation of Slobodan Milosevic's top general, who is still in charge of the country's military.

President Vojislav Kostunica praised General Nebojsa Pavkovic for his "successful defence" against NATO's 1999 bombing of Yugoslavia.
