Israel bans Arafat from Bethlehem on Christmas Eve

Israel has banned Yasser Arafat from attending Christmas Eve services in Bethlehem.

A government statement says the Palestine leader "is not acting to dismantle Palestinian terror groups or stop terror attacks against Israel".
