Colin Powell wary of moving against Iraq

US Secretary of State Colin Powell says America's military success in Afghanistan does not mean a similar action in Iraq will succeed.

While acknowledging there may be terrorists in Iraq, he says the Bush administration's focus remains on Osama bin Laden and Afghanistan.
