Al-Qaida ready to give up - claim

It is being claimed by the Northern Alliance that 300 members of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida network are ready to surrender from their mountain caves in the Tora Bora region of Afghanistan.

Meanwhile America has claimed that they have captured some members of the terrorist network.
