Bush reluctantly released bin Laden tape

US President, George W Bush said it was with mixed emotions that he released the video tape of Osama bin Laden boasting about the World Trade Centre attacks.

President Bush said it was a difficult decision to release the tape as many people had suffered as a result of bin Laden's evil and he was reluctant to allow a, "vivid reminder of their loss".
