British forces move in as new deadline is set

British special forces moved into the Tora Bora front line today after a ceasefire collapsed at Osama bin Laden’s mountain base.

An alliance commander said 40 British special operations troops were fighting in the valley. Witnesses also saw 60 men, who appeared to be Americans, near the front line.
